Daniel grew up in Western Colorado tending 300 acres of Apples, Peaches and Plums. That is a 12-15 hour day profession. The work ethic that Daniel learned from his father has proved valuable in building a successful IT Company which he founded in 1996. 23 year later he is moving to the exciting role of a more silent owner, while the company continues to grow, so that he can follow his passion for real estate. Joan Sneddon-Ashurst, was born and raised in New York and witnessed her father Max Sneddon, Sr plan and build housing projects for many years.
